"Jump the Shark"
That's how Ezra Klein describes Powerline's big faux-pas over the whole Schiavo Memo story. Short version: they screwed up big time in trying to attribute that talking points memo to the Dems, and then not retracting or apologizing when it became blatantly obvious that, yes, it did come from the Repugs. This bit had me rolling on the floor:
